Subject: Sweet Taste of Love - review

Message: I have been listening to the album Sweet Taste of Love. It is slightly more focused than Millionaires' earlier work, not such a loose vibe. Sweet Taste of Love has a harder, Rockier feel whilst adding a few more laid-back Country feel tracks which make a nice mix. The Album shares great values though, superb songwriting, carefully constructed songs, meaningful lyrics, dazzling electric and acoustic guitar work, driving percussion and rhythm section that is always in control and wonderful instrumentation with everything in balance. This album is the product of a band that has its own identity, knows how to make real music and has talent and imagination way beyond the average fare that is today's common currency. Every track on this album is right up there, but for me, 'Take Your Time', 'Night and Day' and 'Nothing to Lose' are super excellent. Contemporary music doesn't get any better than this.
